Network coverage in this Data Roaming SIM card is supported by the country’s telco operator and encompasses 99% of the country. Underground areas and mountainous regions will have slower or limited network connection as compared to outdoors.

Can I use this SIM card if I’m travelling to more than 1 country e.g Hong Kong, Macau and China?

Yes, you certainly can. Our Data Roaming SIM can be used in all the countries listed as long as the SIM card is valid and/or if there is enough data left. Kindly get the appropriate SIM plan for your individual needs and the right SIM that can be used in more than 10 countries.

Can my dual SIM phone use this sim card?

Do I have to register this SIM card and top up?

No, we love to keep things simple. Our SIM cards are all plug & play and pre-loaded with the plans you have selected. All you have to do is insert it, turn on data roaming upon arrival and enjoy your trip.

No. Our Data Roaming SIM automatically detects and switches to the roaming partner’s network in the corresponding destination. Kindly reboot your phone should you encounter any difficulties.

I still can’t connect to any network after I reboot my phone. How do I troubleshoot?

For those travelling to Asia, America, and non-Europe countries, please observe the following steps:


For iPhone users:

  1. Turn ON mobile data and data roaming
  2. Open a mobile browser, e.g. Safari or Chrome
  3. Download and install APN profile from http://wx.southmc.net/apn/sct.MOBILECONFIG.

Please note that setting up this APN profile may affect your phone connected to the network in certain countries.

We suggest you install this profile right before departure as you need an active data connection to set up the APN.

To remove the profile, go to Settings > General > Profile > select and delete profile.

For Android users:

  1. Turn ON mobile data and data roaming
  2. To setup APN follow these steps: go to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > [+] add new APN > Save
    APN Name: sct (all in lowercase)

Yes. However, we can’t ensure it works on all devices.

When will the first day start?

The WeFly data plan you have purchased will kickstart once the SIM card is inserted into the phone and the first data usage is generated.

What if I can’t use the SIM card overseas? Can I get a refund?

We do offer a 100% refund, provided that no data has been generated from the SIM card. Kindly contact us at our hotline at +65 9620 5336 to expedite the refund process.

In the event that the problem arises from the phone itself, we will not carry out the refund. Ensure that your phone is in working condition prior to your trip.


Can I use the SIM in Singapore?

Our SIM is strictly reserved for overseas use only. It may not be used in Singapore.

Can I top-up the SIM if I need more data or days?

This service is unavailable at the moment. Please purchase sufficient data plan for your travel.

What is your refund policy?

In 90% of the cases, the SIM card fails to work due to the wrong APN set up. .Kindly double check settings before proceeding.
Refunds will be provided if the SIM Card is found faulty and cannot be used overseas e.g “No service”
Refunds will also be not provided if your trip has been cancelled.
If SIM Card is found faulty while overseas, customers are advised to submit enquiries via the support email instead of calling to avoid roaming call charges. Email or Whatsapp us within 7 days after your trip.

Refunds will not be provided if:

SIM card has been pre-activated, used or returned without the packaging intact, or returned damaged.
SIM can work on one phone but not another (Phone Issue).
SIM card has generated data usage, based on our system check.
